This prestigious council of senior level martial artist are available as a resource for PROMAA's leaders and members. In this capacity, they can provide advice, refine a technique, or sit on a promotion board. Their rich and diverse background exemplifies PROMAA's mission of providing a service to all martial artist regardless of their background.

Trained in USA and Asia (Japan and South Korea).
Lived and taught in South Korea for 6 years.
Founder of: Rick Jessee Martial Arts which houses
the Tenbukan Bujitsu Renmei / Chun Moo Kwan Hapkido USA organizations.

 GM Yoder has been involved in the martial arts since the early 70’s.  He has been extremely fortunate to meet and train with many accomplished martial artists from various disciplines.   He consistently trains annually by attending various seminars and training camps while creating professional relationships and networks.
 GM Yoder retired from law enforcement after 30 years of service as a Lieutenant Commander with the Hickory Police Department.  He continues to serve today as the Special Operations Coordinator/Instructor for the North Carolina Justice Academy.  
He has developed Saeng Jeon Do (Way of Survival) in 2012 for the purpose of utilizing proven-based techniques from his extensive tactical training in law enforcement and various martial arts to share not only with the civilian population but also the law enforcement and military profession.  He is also the founder and president of Survival Tactical Concepts, Inc. which provides professional consultation and personal safety services to various segments of our society.
