Rank: 10th Dan Hanshi GM Jessee began martial arts training in Judo / Jiu-Jitsu in 1963. 54 years total training. Instructors: Hirokazu Sato (Judo & Jiu Jitsu). Richard Ballergion (Karate & Jiu Jitsu), Shogo Kuniba (Karate & Jiu Jitsu), An Tae Ho and Kang Shin Ho ( Korean Hapkido), Hanshi Victor Moore (Karate). Earned 1st Dan and opened first school at age 17. Trained in USA and Asia (Japan and South Korea). Lived and taught in South Korea for 6 years. Founder of: Rick Jessee Martial Arts which houses the Tenbukan Bujitsu Renmei / Chun Moo Kwan Hapkido USA organizations.

GM Yoder has been involved in the martial arts since the early 70’s. He has been extremely fortunate to meet and train with many accomplished martial artists from various disciplines. He consistently trains annually by attending various seminars and training camps while creating professional relationships and networks. GM Yoder retired from law enforcement after 30 years of service as a Lieutenant Commander with the Hickory Police Department. He continues to serve today as the Special Operations Coordinator/Instructor for the North Carolina Justice Academy. He has developed Saeng Jeon Do (Way of Survival) in 2012 for the purpose of utilizing proven-based techniques from his extensive tactical training in law enforcement and various martial arts to share not only with the civilian population but also the law enforcement and military profession. He is also the founder and president of Survival Tactical Concepts, Inc. which provides professional consultation and personal safety services to various segments of our society.
